假日在家就要來試看看!Instagram 與 TikTok 爆紅 Pancake Cereal 迷你鬆餅造型超療癒

 

相信鬆餅控都一定有試過自己動手煮鬆餅吧!最近外國掀起了一陣 Pancake Cereal 熱潮,意思就是將圓形的鬆餅弄成平常像是早餐燕麥片般的迷你版大小,製作的過程不但相當治癒,而且當完成了一盤迷你鬆餅後,造型更相當可愛,難怪能夠在 TikTok 和 Instagram 等平台上引發一陣打卡潮!

 

 

 

如果你有過做鬆餅的經驗,這個迷你版 Pancake Cereal 也一定不會把你難倒!把鬆餅糊調較好之後,最簡單的做法就是把它放進擠壓瓶裡面,輕鬆就能擠出完美的小圓餅形狀!然後在刷上了牛油的平底鍋兩邊煎至金黃色就可以了,當然,懶女生也可以以現成的鬆餅粉加水來完成。

Pancake Cereal 🥞 ⠀ When I was younger, my mum would often get us pastries from our local shop or she would do a cooked breakfast, especially when we had guests to stay! So I feel like this is cross between a weekday breakfast and a weekend breakfast. 低筋麵粉 150g

糖 8 克

泡打粉 5 克

牛奶 50 g

If you're feeling creative, check my recipe below, or simply use the batter to make regular sized pancakes.⁠ ⁠ 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:⁠ 4 large eggs⁠ 1/4 cup melted virgin coconut oil or ghee (60 ml/ 2 fl oz)⁠ 1 cup almond flour (100 g/ 3.5 oz)⁠ 4 tbsp granulated low-carb sweetener (40 g/ 1.4 oz)⁠ 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁠ 2 tsp gluten-free baking powder⁠ 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil or ghee for cooking⁠ ⁠ 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:⁠ Whisk the eggs with melted coconut oil. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, sweetener, cinnamon and baking powder. Add to the eggs and whisk until creamy.⁠ Transfer the batter in a squeeze bottle or a piping bag with a small piping tip.⁠ (You could even use a teaspoon although they won't be as pretty.)⁠ Grease a large non stick skillet or a well seasoned cast iron skillet with about a teaspoon of coconut oil. Heat over a medium-high heat.⁠ Once preheated, lower the heat to medium-low. Use the squeeze bottle to pipe small amounts of the batter all over the skillet (each no more than 1 inch/ 2.5 cm).⁠ The pancakes are ready to flip when the edges are set and the pancakes turns lightly golden and bubbly on top. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. If they are too soft to flip, wait for another 30 to 60 seconds.⁠ Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Repeat for the remaining pancakes and grease the skillet with more oil as needed.⁠ Serve with butter, berries, chocolate chips and/or sugar-free syrup. ⁠ ⁠ 𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗦:⁠ A 1-cup serving is 3.6 g net carbs, plus any toppings you may use. Pancake cereal by @foodie.yuki 🍒💕😍 . . Regular pancakes cereal 85g all purpose flour 5g corn starch 4 g baking powder 15g sugar or sweetener of choice 10g melted plant butter/butter at room temp 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste 125 ml (1/2 cup)almond milk or other milk of choice Purple pancakes cereal 90g ultra violet pancake mix @suncorefoods 125 ml (1/2 cup)plant milk or water Preheat a non stick frying pan over medium-high. In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, sugar, corn starch and salt together. In another medium bowl, add plant milk, vanilla bean paste and melted butter. Stir to combine. Pour wet ingredients over the flour mixture and whisk until just combined. Don't over mix. Combine the ingredients for the purple pancakes and let rest for 5 min. Place the batter into a piping bag or squeezable bottle. Reduce heat of the pan to medium. Starting from the outer part of the pan, gently squeeze out mini pancakes (about 1/2 tsp) onto the pan and move towards the center (this will prevent the first pancakes burning, since the inner part is usually the warmest). After one minute or less, flip the pancakes in the same order you squeezed them. 𝘛𝘐𝘕𝘠 𝘔𝘈𝘛𝘊𝘏𝘈 𝘗𝘈𝘕𝘊𝘈𝘒𝘌 𝘚𝘛𝘈𝘊𝘒 🍵🥞⁣ ⁣ Hahah omg camera angles reallllyyy do lie (compare with the coin)! This morning I reconstructed my leftover mini pancakes for a mini kitchen attempt. ⁣ ⁣ Honestly, this was so fun. I'd love to experiment with pancake art or try a tiny kitchen series. Would y'all be interested in that? 🧐⁣ ⁣ 57 𝘊𝘈𝘓 𝘛𝘐𝘕𝘠 𝘗𝘈𝘕𝘊𝘈𝘒𝘌 𝘙𝘌𝘊𝘐𝘗𝘌 (𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝟸𝟶)⁣ • 1/4 cup kodiak protein pancake mix⁣ • 1/2 tsp matcha powder to mix in⁣ • 1 packet stevia⁣ • 1 tsp coconut flakes⁣ • add water until you reach desired consistency⁣ ⁣ When making mini pancake coins or pancake cereal, I always prefer them to be a little gummy just because the surface area for fluff is already so low. I keep the pan on low heat and pour out 1/4 tsp or 1 tsp circles. Once bubbles start appearing, I take a thin metal spatula and start to tease the edge until it can easily flip. The trick is to use a nonstick pan to avoid use of oil and butter! 💕
